Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins. The front door will be closed and locked promptly at the start of class to maintain flow and safety. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will be considered a no-show.

Cancellations + Reschedules

We have a 12-hour reschedule policy for all classes and private sessions. If you need to reschedule your class, it must be done prior to 12 hours before class time. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, log into the Vagaro app.

Refund Policy

All packages and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be used by the same client who purchased the package. Packages expire 120 days from purchase date.

Health + Safety

If you’re new, pregnant, or working with an injury, please inform your instructor before class so modifications can be made. Those with no Pilates experience are recommended to start with a private session before signing up for group sessions to avoid falling behind in class.
