Pilates by Chelsea is equipped with three Merrithew reformers, making the Group Reformer Sessions the most popular choice. Props like the overball, magic circle, and 3 lb. dumbells will be utilized during these sessions.

Our Mat sessions are small group classes on the mat, utilizing props such as magic circles, over balls, and handweights. Mat classes are the perfect way to start your Pilates journey as well as strengthen your practice.

Duet Reformer sessions are perfect for those who would like to do Pilates with a friend or family member without the possibility of a third person joining the session.

Private sessions offer individualized instruction designed to address your specific needs and goals. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing pain, or seeking to enhance core strength and postural alignment, each session provides focused, Pilates movements.
