The studio is equipped with four industry-leading Merrithew reformers. Our small-group reformer classes are designed to deliver a focused, full-body workout with personalized attention.

Prior Pilates experience is required to ensure a safe and seamless class experience.

Our Mat sessions are small group classes on the mat, sometimes utilizing props such as magic circles, over balls, and handweights. Mat classes are the perfect way to start your Pilates journey as well as strengthen your practice.

Cost varies per person

Duet Reformer sessions are perfect for those who would like to do Pilates with a friends or family members without the possibility of an additional person joining the session.

$80/session

Private sessions offer individualized instruction designed to address your specific needs and goals whether you're recovering from injury, managing pain, or seeking to enhance core strength and postural alignment. Private sessions are also a great option to start your Pilates journey.
