Meet Chelsea
Chelsea is a lifelong mover with a foundation in dance and a love for mindful movement. She discovered Pilates at the age of 14 to strengthen her technique in dance, and fell in love with the practice. In 2022, Chelsea became certified and started teaching. With both Classical and Contemporary training in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Chelsea blends structure and creativity to create a balanced and fun practice.
Her teaching is rooted in a passion to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies. Whether you're recovering, starting fresh, or deepening your practice, or just adding to your routine, Chelsea is committed to meeting you where you are.
