Meet Chelsea

Chelsea’s foundation in dance and a love for mindful movement led to her discovery of Pilates. She was 14 when she took her first reformer class to strengthen her technique in dance, and fell in love. In 2022, Chelsea became certified and started teaching. With both Classical training (Beacon Pilates) and Contemporary training (Balanced Body) in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Chelsea blends structure and creativity to create a balanced and fun practice.

Her teaching is rooted in a passion to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies. Whether you're recovering, starting fresh, or deepening your practice, or just adding to your routine, Chelsea is committed to meeting you where you are.
