FAQs

How early should I arrive for my session?

If it is your first time, please arrive ten minutes before your session.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, it must be done 12 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a $15 cancellation fee.

How long do I have to use a package?

All packages have an expiration date of 90 days unless stated otherwise.

Do I need Pilates experience to sign up?

No! Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels. If you have no experience, it is recommended to start with a private session before moving into group reformer classes.

Do I need to bring anything to my class/session?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks can be used but not required. We provide mats and equipment, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

What is the difference between Mat and Reformer Pilates?

Mat Pilates uses just your body, sometimes props, and a mat. Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine (a reformer) with springs for resistance. Both offer healthy movement and great full-body workouts.

Is there a student discount?

Yes! We offer a 5% discount on packages to students. Please reach out directly here with a copy of your class schedule to receive your discount code to use during checkout.
